We are available Monday through Friday from 9AM central standard time until 6PM central standard time.

 

Orders typically ship within 2 business days.  We try our best to meet this timeframe but there may be situations in which exceptions do apply.

We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns of products that are not defective.  Some exceptions do apply.
